Prices are based upon camera ready copy as below for black and white ads (except
outside back cover which is color. Ad development services available. Contact
us for pricing.
File Formats: PDF, QuarkXpress, Illustrator, Photoshop, TIFF, EPS Mac
With Quark Files please supply all fonts and images
With Illustrator Files please includes linked images or fonts (or save as outline)
Please save as version 8.0 or lower
Photoshop does not handle small font types well. We recommend that they be created
in Quark or Illustrator and save as layers over images
Resolution: 200 dpi grayscale, 400 dpi bitmap images

All advertising copy MUST be received no later than August 1, 2007. Failure to
provide copy may result in omission from publication.
